About Traditions Furniture

Twice as nice, Traditions Furniture has two locations, the Strang Carbarn in Downtown Overland Park and College Hill in Wichita, Kansas. Both locations are easy to reach.

The Overland Park location is at 79th and Santa Fe in the heart of the original Downtown. We can be reached off of both I-35 and I-435. Off of I-35, take the 87th Drive exit and head east three miles until you lterally dead end at the store. From I-435 South, exit at Metcalf and head north until you arrive at 79th Street. The store is two short blocks to the west.

The Wichita store is located in the College Hill neighborhood, at the corners of Douglas and Hillside Avenues.

Traditions Furniture began in September of 1984. What was at first Amish and Mennonite furniture made by Gat Creek, has sinced evolved into a classic homefurnishings store that includes Stickley, Century, Vanguard, Paul Roberts, Hancock and Moore, and Nichols and Stone. We are proud of name dropping. After all, we offer the best and appreciate the loyal customers who keep coming back.
